When you need to have a meal that is hearty and nourishing, we got that answer for you. I know that I’d enjoy seconds of this famous salad and forget about some of the other heavy food options! With the holidays coming up, this salad will make a LOT of people happy and craving for more!

#1: Steak House Salad a BBH favorite

Ahh yes, the famous Steak House Salad at BBH. The satisfying meal that is also a salad. We make this for the hungry person who wants a salad but also wants a steak sandwich without the carbs of a hero bread gives.

First of all it starts with steak if course. Our prime cut steak marinated in our secret formula, cooked the way you like it. Rare, medium rare, medium or well done.. you choose the style. We place it over a bed of greens ice berg, red lettuce and some spinach. Then tomatoes are added as well as red onions and fried noodles. We then add some crumbled blue cheese. on top for that extra zing. Your choice of dressing on top.

#2: BBH Tuna Salad

Once you taste our tuna salad you will be hooked on this for a lunch option in the future when your in the mood for something different and creamy.

With that notion in mind, we set up a bed of iceberg lettuce with other leaf lettuce mixed in. On top comes the grated cheddar cheese with cherry tomatoes, and sliced pickles. Then we add sliced red onions and of course our tuna salad mixed with mayonnaise, spices, chopped onion and some secret flavors. All this in a nice easy to eat package for the diet minded person looking for a healthy lunch.
