Catering is a whole separate world than simply making an individual lunch. We need the person count the type of guests and if it will be a sit down dinner, a walk around, converse and nibble type or a TV watching sporting event.

For the most part, the imperative thing is menu customization, as each individual event usually has its own specific set of appetizers and main course, hot serving trays of foods with bread, salads and finger food, to large a tray of wraps and heroes or burritos. We can add a selection of chips and of course then there are the beverages.
We’ve got all the back ground and people that it takes for professionally serving a football party to weddings, anniversaries, bachelor parties, birthdays, graduations, funerals and basically any other entertaining kinds of events…

Just in case you’ll want any specific cuisine to be featured at your party, the BBH chefs will be glad to cook it for you. It can be done either in our restaurant’s kitchen and delivered to your venue or it can be cooked right on-site, if possible…
If you need extra help, besides providing appetizers, dishes and beverages we are also able to supply your event with some personnel, we can provide servers, clean up crew, grillers and bartenders.
